Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All our orders are dispatched from Billet Labz HQ on weekdays. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand 1-3 business days
  • Australia 2-8 business days
  • United Kingdom 6-13 business days
  • United States 6-13 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
